• First Steps: All new clients must schedule a phone consultation BEFORE booking appointments. During the conversation, we will discuss our services, and you will have a chance to decide what service(s) will best support you and your scholar. After the phone consultation, all new clients are required to take an academic assessment. This is Non-Refundable. 

• Smarty Bee's provides tutoring services, for Pre-kindergarten through 7th-grade scholars. Ages 4-12.

• Late Pickup: 1st violation: Parents will be charged a late fee of $10 for arrival 5-10 minutes late and $25 for arrival after 10-15 minutes late. 2nd violation: Parents will be charged a fee of $20 for arrival 5-10 minutes late and $50 for arrival after 10-15 minutes late. 3rd Violation: A meeting will be set up with the parent, and the CEO to discuss the continuation of Smarty Bee's.

• Attendance: We give our students a 10 minute grace period before the session is canceled. Any sessions that are missed, will not be refunded, and make-up sessions are not offered.
